Kokos Sdn Bhd is expanding its F&B operations across multiple outlets, and we are looking for a Senior Account Executive to join our growing finance team. This role will play an important part in ensuring accurate financial reporting, smooth accounting operations, strong financial controls, and timely compliance across the business.

As a Senior Account Executive, you will work closely with management, auditors, tax agents, bankers, and internal teams to support the company's financial operations and contribute to the continued growth of our F&B business.

• Manage the full spectrum of accounting functions, including budgeting, audit, internal and external reporting.

• Prepare and update Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger and monthly financial management reports.

• Liaise with bankers, auditors, tax agents, corporate secretary and regulatory bodies to ensure statutory compliance.

• Handle petty cash transactions, bank deposits and withdrawals, and monitor daily bank balances and cash flow.

• Reconcile financial discrepancies and manage debtor & creditor aging.

• Prepare payment vouchers, cheques, online banking payments, claims and commission payments.

• Support management with accurate financial information and reporting when required.

• Assist in improving accounting processes, controls and overall financial efficiency.

• Diploma / Degree in Accounting or equivalent professional qualification.

• At least 3 years of working experience in the related field.

• Well-versed in Microsoft Excel and Word.

• Required languages: English and Bahasa Malaysia.

• Experience in the F&B industry is an added advantage.

• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
