Salary: up to $1700 per month

12 months contract

Job Scope:

• Technology Research & Horizon Scanning
• Conduct research on emerging technologies and innovation trends relevant to the social care sector.
• Monitor developments in AI, robotics, assistive technologies, ambient sensing and other emerging technology domains.
• Identify promising technologies, potential partners and international best practices.
• Prepare concise summaries, briefing notes and presentation materials to support technology evaluation and investment discussions.
• Project Coordination
• Support the planning and coordination of proof-of-concept projects
• Coordinate meetings and activities across multiple projects and stakeholders.
• Maintain project plans, trackers, documentation and shared repositories.
• Prepare project updates, briefing notes, reportsand presentation materials.
• Support administrative processes, including procurement and documentation where required.
• General Operations
• Maintain organised documentation and knowledge repositories.
• Support team events and innovation activities.
• Undertake other administrative and operational duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Degree in any field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Experience in the technology or innovation sector
• Interest in the social services sector
• Strong communication skills
