JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide assistance and support on clinics operations and management to support the growth and development
• To professionally promote Clinic services to Panel Company and Third-Party Provider
• Completes coverage by delivering Clinics facilities & services; planning future follow-up visits and evaluations of needs
• Develop and expanding existing customer data base and solicit new businesses
• Making presentations to Panel Company on the subject of healthcare well-being
• Handle a monthly Panel Meeting with Panel Company
• Identify new business opportunities and develop new businesses in Medical & Dental filed
• To professionally liaise with Ministry of Health and all relevant Authority Body (all related)
• Support projects and new business opportunities in analytical perspective, including producing marketing literature, manuals and start up kits.
• Oversee all channels that brings revenue to the Clinic business including online sales and marketing activities.
• Enhance Clinics sales and promotion
• Track clinic progress and measure performance on monthly basis
• To professionally managed group of doctors; working shift, leave management, locum slot arrangement and etc.
• Deliver training to staff and nurses (if necessary)
• Carry out other duties and job functions as and when required by the Company

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Public Relations/Marketing or equivalent.
• Pleasant personality, matured with integrity in handling P&C matters, energetic person and fast learner.
• Confident with good communication skills in both verbal and written in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Able to communicate with all levels of people and work independently with least supervision.
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience; specialized in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent is required for this position.
• Preferably junior/senior Executive specialized in Healthcare is an advantage.
• Proficiency with computer skills e.g. Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Power Point), Gluco System and etc.
• Possess own transportation and willing to travel locally.
• A good team player, hardworking, energetic, resourceful, meticulous and self-motivated person.
• Ability to multi-task, work under pressure collaboratively.
• Applicants must be a MALAYSIAN citizen

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
