We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Office Support to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy administrative work and keeping daily operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Enter data accurately and maintain organized records
• Process customer orders and update order entries
• Post invoices and update sales records
• Manage stock transactions and update inventory records
• Respond promptly to phone calls and emails to provide effective communication
• Prepare and maintain administrative documents to support Sales and Operations teams
• Provide administrative assistance to Sales and Operations departments to facilitate smooth workflow
• Perform additional office support tasks as assigned by the supervisor to meet team needs

• Demonstrate good attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
• Exhibit responsibility, reliability, and punctuality in work attendance and task completion
• Apply basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and data entry, to complete daily duties
• Work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
• Maintain a positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
