Kerja Sepenuh Masa Shipping - Logistic Executive, Gaji tinggi MYR 4,500 di FEPA SDN BHD Johor - Maukerja

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage daily shipping, import/export, and logistics activities, including FCL/LCL shipment bookings and delivery schedules.
• Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping agents, Customs, MITI, and internal departments to ensure smooth and timely shipment operations.
• Obtain and negotiate freight quotations and monitor shipping costs to achieve cost savings.
• Prepare, verify, and maintain shipping and customs documentation, including Invoice, Packing List, BL, K1/K2, Form D, Form AI, and Certificate of Origin.
• Ensure accurate HS Codes, customs declarations, and compliance with applicable import/export and trade regulations.
• Monitor shipment status and coordinate container arrangements according to production and customer requirements.
• Follow up on customs clearance, preferential tariff applications, and related approvals.
• Check freight invoices and shipment costing before submission for payment.
• Maintain shipping records and documentation in accordance with ISO 9001 requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in shipping, import/export, or logistics, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of FCL/LCL shipment, customs clearance, freight forwarding, and shipping documentation.
• Familiarity with HS Codes, K1/K2, Form D, Form AI, ATIGA/AIFTA, and Incoterms is an advantage.
• Good communication, negotiation, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to work independently under tight deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; ERP experience is an advantage.
