Role Description This full-time BIM Modeller role at DJEC is an on-site position based in WP. Kuala Lumpur. The BIM Modeller will develop and maintain detailed BIM models for architecture, MEP, and structural components in line with project requirements and standards. Responsibilities include producing and updating construction drawings, coordinating models across disciplines, and ensuring that design information is accurate and consistent. The role involves collaborating with project teams, consultants, and contractors to resolve clashes and design issues, supporting documentation for tenders and construction, and adhering to company and industry BIM protocols. The BIM Modeller will also contribute to process improvements and support the implementation of best practices in digital design and modeling.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Building Information Modeling (BIM), including model creation, coordination, and management.
• Candidates should possess skills in Architecture and experience working as a Modeler for building and construction projects.
• Candidates should possess skills in Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) modeling and coordination within multidisciplinary projects.
• Candidates should possess skills in reading, interpreting, and producing detailed Construction Drawings from BIM models.
• Relevant experience with BIM software (e.g., Revit, Navisworks or similar) and familiarity with industry standards and workflows.
• Diploma or degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related construction discipline is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to work to deadlines, and effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience in coordination with consultants and contractors, and understanding of local building codes and practices, is an advantage.
