Track changes to the Design/ Construction work and adjust budget projections accordingly
Price/ forecast the cost of different materials required for the project
Procurement responsibilities including preparing tender document or calling for quotation for subcontract packages including evaluation through cost comparison as well as recommendation of awards
Certificate and evaluate progress work done; includes contract administration for any variation or change for both Subcontracts and Main Contracts
Prepare and followup monthly progress claims in timely manner
Perform other QS-related duties as assigned by the Reporting Supervisor
Requirements
Possess Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying or its equivalent
Sing Tatt Construction Pte Ltd is a main contractor based in Singapore. We are registered under the Contractor Registration System (CRS) with Workheads of CW01 – General Building, CW02 – Civil Engineering, and CR01 – Minor Construction Works. We are also registered under Builders Licensing Scheme (BLS) as General Builders Class 2. We provide maintenance services and supply for property management groups.
