Executive, Treasury (Banking)

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Executive, Treasury to join our team. This role offers excellent exposure to treasury operations, cash management, financing activities, and banking transactions, making it an ideal opportunity for fresh graduates and early-career professionals looking to build a career in Treasury.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and ensure financing documents are complete and readily available for bank facilities drawdown.
• Manage and monitor daily cash management transactions.
• Prepare cash flow positions, cash flow projections, and treasury-related reports.
• Execute borrowing transactions and ensure all required financing documentation is in place for drawdowns.
• Ensure banking transactions are accurately and timely recorded in the ERP system (New Navision).
• Liaise with banks and internal stakeholders on treasury-related matters.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Banking & Finance, or related disciplines.
• Candidates with 1-2 years of experience in Treasury, Finance, or Accounting will have an added advantage.
• Experienced in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with good English proficiency.
• Knowledge of banking operations, cash management, financing facilities, or ERP systems (New Navision) will be an added advantage.
• Experience in the manufacturing or palm oil industry is preferred.
• Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and interest in building a career in Treasury.
