We are looking for a responsible, caring, and proactive Clinic Assistant to support the doctor in providing quality patient care. The successful candidate will assist with daily clinic operations, prepare patients for consultation and procedures, maintain a clean and organised clinical environment, and ensure a smooth patient experience.

You will work closely with doctors, nurses, and patients, assisting in both clinical and administrative duties, including:

What you'll be doing

• Greeting and registering patients, and booking appointments
• Maintaining accurate patient records and treatment history
• Assisting with the preparation and set-up of examination rooms
• Providing exceptional customer service to patients
• Handling basic medical equipment and supplies
• Supporting the clinic's administrative functions as required

SPM/CERT/DIPLOMA (FOR CLINIC ASSISTANT)

MA CERT (FOR MEDICAL ASSISTANT)

DIPLOMA/DEGREE IN PHYSIOTHERAPY

*Minimum educational requirement :SPM leavers

*Strong interpersonal and communication skills

*Willingness to work on scheduled hours or shifts

*Have basic computer skills

Schedule:

Monday to Sunday

Rotational shift

Job Benefits :

Starting basic RM1700 - RM 2200
