Tanggungjawab

Job Description

  • Tabulate quantities, estimate cost and requestfor quotation
  • General Contract administration and measurementworks
  • Liaise with subcontractor and clients
  • Ensure timely completion of an assign tender
  • Updating contract documents, drawings, andcorrespondences
  • Other quantity surveyor duties as assigned
  • Better to have final account experience
Job Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma in Quantity Surveying orequivalent
  • Minimum 2-year experience in residential housingpreferred and final account work
  • Proficient in MS Office and other MeasurementSoftware
  • Shows independency ability to multi-task,prioritize, and organise tasks
  • Ability to liaise with consultants, subcons andclient
  • Familiar with VOs, Als, EOT and final accountwork
