Preferred Qualifications:
Availability to work weekends (5-day work week, Monday – Sunday rotation)
Background in
luxury hospitality, premium guest experience, or VIP client servicing
Experience in handling guest relations and service recovery
Fluency in English; proficiency in other languages is an advantage
Pleasant personality with professional grooming and composure
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth and high-quality customer experience from admission to check-out
Support the management of the Sales team to maintain responsiveness, professionalism, and service standards
Handle client concerns, special requests, and service recovery matters in a timely and professional manner
Support operational setup initiatives related to guest experience as required

Diploma Hospitality, Healthcare Management, or related field preferred
Minimum
3 to 5 years
of relevant experience in
