We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the cost management process for construction projects, ensuring financial feasibility and maximizing profitability.

• Key Responsibilities: *
• Prepare and manage project budgets and financial forecasts.
• Conduct cost analysis and prepare estimates for various stages of the project.
• Advise on procurement strategies and contractual agreements.
• Perform risk management and valuation of construction works.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project delivery.
• Review and manage variations and claims.
• Oversee junior surveyors and provide mentoring and guidance.
• Qualifications: *
• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
