Tanggungjawab

Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide technical expertise during the sales cycle.

Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and proof-of-concept sessions to showcase solutions that meet client needs.

Develop and deliver tailored technical proposals and solutions in alignment with customer business objectives.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical queries from customers during the presales phase.

Build strong relationships with customers to understand their technical environment and challenges.
