Yutopia is a fast-growing DIY gift and lifestyle brand where creativity meets personalization. We create officially licensed merchandise and DIY experiences featuring brands such as Pokémon, Disney and Sanrio. From retail stores and pop-up events to social media campaigns, we're constantly launching exciting products and experiences for our customers.

As a Marketing Intern, you will gain hands-on experience across digital marketing, content creation, retail marketing and event operations. This is a dynamic role where you'll not only work behind the scenes on campaigns but also experience how marketing translates into real customer interactions in stores and at pop-up events.

Social Media & Content Creation

• Plan, create and schedule content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, XiaoHongShu (RED) and other platforms.
• Film and edit short-form videos, reels and behind-the-scenes content.
• Brainstorm creative content ideas and marketing campaigns.
• Write engaging captions and marketing copy.

Marketing Campaigns

• Assist in planning and executing seasonal campaigns, product launches and promotions.
• Coordinate marketing initiatives across multiple retail outlets.
• Prepare campaign assets including posters, digital banners and promotional materials.
• Support influencer collaborations and marketing activations.

Creative Design

• Design marketing visuals using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Create promotional graphics, EDMs and in-store marketing materials.
• Assist with product photography and lifestyle content shoots.

Market Research & Analytics

• Research consumer trends, competitors and emerging retail concepts.
• Identify trending products, viral content and social media opportunities.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare marketing reports.

Retail & Pop-up Operations Support

• Support the setup and execution of retail promotions, roadshows and pop-up events.
• Assist with visual merchandising and in-store displays to ensure brand consistency.
• Capture photo and video content during store activations and events.
• Work alongside the retail team during busy periods, campaigns or new store openings.
• Gather customer feedback and observe customer behaviour to generate marketing insights.
• Support inventory preparation and merchandising for marketing campaigns when required.

Administrative Support

• Organise marketing assets and content libraries.
• Coordinate with suppliers, influencers and external partners.
• Assist with ad hoc marketing, retail and operational projects.
