Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Organize and administrate the system (purchase order confirmation, invoice revision, tracking numbers).
Data analysis.
Generation of all the databases needed for the smooth sales operation.
Support on the strategic execution for sales.
Sales support administrator and customer service.
Coordination with other areas and departments in order to accomplish sales.
Efficient administration and process of information by using excel tools and creating macros for a better maximization of resources.
Strategic supervision of the sales and purchasing supervision by receiving and giving intelligence.
Requirements and Qualifications:
At least 1 year of relevant experience.
Detail-oriented, well organised, efficient with solid follow up skills.
Strong team player.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Competency in Excel is a must.
