We have an Immediate Opening Project Manager (PM) & Business Analyst (BA) with our reputed Client.

Client Location Kuala Lumpur

Work type : Hybrid

Contract : until May 2027, and Yearly renewable

Experience: 8+ years

Job Description:

Responsible to manage project implementation end to end throughout the project life cycle, including but not limited to requirements gathering, design & development, testing, deployment and post implementation

The candidate is expected to work in tandem with project team members and business users

Key responsibilities:

· Lead end-to-end project delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget.

· Engage stakeholders to understand business challenges and opportunities.

· Analyze, document, and validate business and functional requirements, subsequently translating business needs into actionable solutions.

· Act as the liaison between business stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams to ensure alignment and successful implementation.

· Manage project plans, risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests throughout the project lifecycle.

· Facilitate workshops, meetings, and stakeholder engagement sessions to drive decision-making and requirement validation.

· Coordinate testing, user acceptance, training, and deployment activities to ensure solution readiness.

· Prepare project documentation, status reports, and governance updates for management and stakeholders.
