JOB TYPE:

12 Months Renewable contract

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop, customize, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
• Design and develop plugins, custom workflows, and server-side logic using C#.
• Configure and customize OOTB Dynamics CRM features, particularly within the Service module.
• Design and implement Service and Sales CRM modules based on business requirements.
• Participate in CRM solution design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
• Troubleshoot and resolve CRM application and integration issues.
• Work closely with business users, technical teams, and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
• For Senior/Lead roles, provide technical leadership and guidance to the CRM development team.
• Lead or contribute to end-to-end Service module implementation.
• Ensure solutions follow development standards, best practices, and project requirements.
• Good to have experience with React JS development or React integration with CRM

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 6+ years of overall application development experience.
• Minimum 4 years of hands-on Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365 CRM experience.
• Strong proficiency in C#.
• Hands-on experience developing plugins, custom workflows, and server-side logic.
• Strong understanding of the Dynamics CRM Service module and OOTB service management features.
• Experience designing and implementing Service and/or Sales CRM modules.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• React JS development or CRM integration exposure is an advantage.
• Immediate / earliest possible availability preferred.
