Kerja Sepenuh Masa Finance Executive, Gaji tinggi MYR 4,000 di Passiontree Marketing Perak - Maukerja

You will take responsibility for the company's day-to-day finance function, monthly management reporting and commercial analysis. Beyond maintaining accurate accounts, you will explain what the numbers mean, identify material risks or variances early, and provide management with clear information for planning and performance decisions. The role will work with Group Finance oversight while independently managing finance requirements.

Accounting and financial control

• Oversee accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, bank reconciliations and supporting records.
• Manage monthly, quarterly and year-end closing and ensure accurate, timely financial statements.
• Maintain financial controls and ensure compliance with statutory, tax and audit requirements.
• Coordinate with auditors, tax agents, company secretary, banks and Group Finance.
• Guide junior finance support and review delegated work where applicable.

E-commerce and inventory reconciliation

• Reconcile transactions from Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Shopify, Amazon US and payment gateways.
• Verify platform charges, advertising expenses, commissions, refunds, incentives and other deductions.
• Coordinate monthly inventory reconciliation and stock counts with warehouse and purchasing teams.
• Investigate discrepancies and highlight unusual losses, variances or reporting inaccuracies early.

Management reporting and analysis

• Prepare monthly management accounts, dashboards and concise commentary for management review.
• Produce channel, product and business-unit P&L and gross-margin analysis.
• Support annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, cash-flow planning and cost control.
• Identify financial trends, risks and opportunities and recommend practical action.
• Present financial findings clearly to non-finance managers and support business planning.

What we are looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience, including financial and management reporting.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, closing processes, controls and reconciliations.
• Confident in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems such as AutoCount.
• Experience with e-commerce, retail or inventory-based businesses is preferred.
• Able to analyse financial information and communicate meaningful conclusions to management.
• Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CPA or CIMA are an advantage.
• High attention to detail, sound judgement and strong follow-through.
