Healthify Medical Pte Ltd is a doctor-led healthcare practice providing Family Medicine, Preventive Healthcare and Medical Aesthetics.

We are looking for responsible, enthusiastic and service-oriented individuals to join our clinic team. This opportunity is suitable for O-Level and A-Level school leavers awaiting results, as well as other school leavers or entry-level candidates who are serious about starting a longer-term career in healthcare.

No previous clinic or healthcare experience is required. Training will be provided from scratch.

This is a hands-on working internship/entry-level role rather than an observational attachment. You will be progressively trained to participate in the day-to-day operations of a medical clinic and work closely with our doctor and clinic team.

Availability

O-Level school leavers:
Minimum commitment of 6 weeks, with availability between November 2026 and January 2027.

A-Level school leavers:
Candidates who can commit for approximately 6 months, generally from December 2026 to June 2027, depending on individual start date, are especially encouraged to apply.

Other school leavers / entry-level candidates:
Candidates who have completed their studies and are genuinely interested in joining healthcare as a full-time entry-level career are also warmly welcome to apply. Suitable candidates may be considered for longer-term employment and development within Healthify Medical.

Responsibilities

• Welcome, register and assist patients
• Manage appointments, enquiries and front-desk activities
• Support day-to-day clinic administration
• Prepare consultation and treatment rooms
• Assist the doctor during consultations and selected clinical procedures
• Support health screening, vaccinations, ECG, wound care and other clinic services
• Assist with medication dispensing under supervision
• Handle payments and basic billing/administrative duties
• Assist with inventory, medication and consumable stock management
• Maintain clinic cleanliness, hygiene and infection-control standards
• Support Family Medicine and Preventive Healthcare services
• Gain exposure to doctor-led Medical Aesthetics and assist with treatment preparation and patient workflow where appropriate
• Assist with clinic projects and social media/content activities where appropriate

Requirements

• O-Level/A-Level school leavers awaiting results are welcome
• Other school leavers and entry-level applicants are welcome
• No prior healthcare or clinic experience required
• Training will be provided
• Friendly, responsible and willing to learn
• Comfortable communicating with patients of different ages and backgrounds
• Able to follow instructions carefully and maintain patient confidentiality
• Reliable, punctual and able to work as part of a small team
• Comfortable with a hands-on role involving both patient-facing and operational duties
• Basic computer skills
• Interest in healthcare, patient service or medical clinic operations
• Candidates considering Medicine, Nursing, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Biomedical Sciences or other healthcare-related studies are welcome, but no specific field of study is required
• Candidates interested in developing a longer-term career in healthcare are particularly encouraged to apply
