We are looking for IT Executive to be based in Cheras

RESPONSIBILITY:

• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the company’s business processes, departmental workflows, and manufacturing operations, including how different departments use the ERP system and how information flows between departments.
• Provide functional administration and support for the ERP system, including user access and permissions, system configuration, transactions, workflows, reporting, printing, and general system usage. Investigate issues to determine whether they are related to system functionality, configuration, user operation, master data, or business process.
• Gather, analyse, and document ERP enhancement and customization requirements from users and department representatives. Understand the underlying business requirement, review the existing ERP functionality and workflow, and propose suitable solutions or process improvements before proceeding with customization.
• Act as the main liaison between ERP users, department representatives, management, and the ERP vendor for system issues, enhancements, and customization projects. Clearly communicate business requirements to the ERP vendor, review proposed solutions, coordinate clarification and follow-up activities, and monitor progress until resolution or completion.
• Coordinate ERP enhancement and implementation activities from requirement gathering through completion, including scope confirmation, proposal and quotation review, system testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), issue resolution, implementation, user training, documentation, user confirmation, and project closure.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Degree in IT

2. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience working with ERP systems in a manufacturing environment. Preferably involving ERP support, business process understanding, system enhancement/customization, or user requirement coordination.

3. Good knowledge of ERP systems and business process workflows.

4. Good understanding of manufacturing operations and interdepartmental processes.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month

• working with ERP systems in a manufacturing environment: 2 years (Required)
