Job Title: Shipment Coordinator III
Duration: 12 months
Schedule: 5 days per week, 40 hours per week

The role focuses on shipment tracking, shipping documentation, customs coordination, and delivery performance, while supporting efficient movement of materials and equipment through close liaison with vendors, carriers, warehouses, and internal stakeholders.

Required Experience
- 4 - 7 years of experience in logistics, shipping, supply chain, or materials coordination within oil & gas and energy industry
- Experience coordinating and monitoring domestic and international shipments
- Experience preparing and reviewing export and import documentation
- Experience resolving shipment delays, discrepancies, and logistics issues
- Knowledge of import and export procedures and shipping documentation
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to maintain accurate logistics and inventory records
