TIMESTONE is a luxury watch and jewellery retailer located at Lucky Plaza, Orchard Road. We buy, sell and trade pre-owned watches, jewellery and selected luxury accessories.

We are looking for a personable, responsible Retail Sales Executive to assist customers, support sales and help manage daily shop operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide attentive, personalised service.
• Understand customers’ preferences and budgets, recommend suitable pieces, and assist with product viewing and try-ons.
• Explain product features, condition and available documentation accurately.
• Handle enquiries and follow up with customers through WhatsApp, Telegram, Carousell and other sales channels.
• Support buying and trade-in enquiries by collecting product details and coordinating assessments and offers with management.
• Process sales, payments, invoices and packaging accurately.
• Maintain inventory records, conduct stock checks and handle valuable merchandise carefully.
• Keep showcases, product displays and the shop clean, organised and presentable.
• Assist with product photographs and online listings when required.
• Work towards agreed sales targets while building lasting customer relationships.
• Follow store procedures for security, customer information and transaction documentation.

Requirements

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• An interest in luxury watches and jewellery, with a willingness to develop product knowledge.
• Previous retail, sales or customer service experience is an advantage.
• Honest, reliable and detail-oriented, particularly when handling valuable items and payments.
• Comfortable using messaging apps, online marketplaces and basic computer systems.
• Able to work independently and collaborate with a small team.
• Willing to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays, according to the agreed roster.
