We are modernizing our healthcare platforms into a cloud-based, multi-tenant microservices architecture, while continuously enhancing existing digital solutions such as the Patient App and Doctor App.

This role is critical in ensuring reliable, scalable, and secure delivery pipelines, as well as maintaining standardized cloud environments using Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC). The DevOps Engineer will support both ongoing production systems and new platform initiatives, ensuring seamless deployments, high availability, and operational stability.

The DevOps Engineer will work closely with development, infrastructure, and operations teams to:

• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines
• Automate infrastructure and application deployments
• Support and troubleshoot production environments
• Improve system observability, performance, and reliability

Key Responsibilities CI/CD & Release Management

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps
• Manage repositories, branching strategies, and deployment automation
• Troubleshoot build failures, deployment issues, and release risks Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
• Build and maintain IaC templates (Bicep / ARM / Terraform)
• Ensure consistent and repeatable environment provisioning across Dev, UAT, and Production
• Eliminate manual provisioning and enforce IaC-first practices

Azure Cloud & Platform Engineering

• Deploy and manage applications on Azure (App Services, VMs, Functions, databases)
• Support integration between Azure services and CI/CD pipelines
• Ensure scalability, availability, and resilience of cloud environments
• Monitoring, Troubleshooting & Operations
• Monitor system health, pipeline performance, and application environments
• Build dashboards and logging visibility across environments
• Troubleshoot production incidents and deployment-related issues

Security, Governance & Compliance

• Implement security best practices, access controls, and governance policies in Azure
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and audit requirements
• Maintain secure configurations for cloud resources and pipelines

Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

• Work closely with developers to improve deployment workflows and DevOps practices
• Provide guidance on CI/CD, IaC, and cloud best practices
• Continuously improve automation, reliability, and efficiency of delivery pipelines

Required Skills & Experience Experience

• 3–5 years of experience in Azure DevOps or Cloud Engineering
• hands-on experience managing Azure-based environments

Azure Cloud Knowledge (Mandatory)

• Experience with Azure services (App Services, VMs, Functions, Azure SQL)
• Understanding of environment separation (Dev / Test / Prod)
• Experience integrating Azure services with CI/CD pipelines

CI/CD & Automation

• Strong experience with Azure DevOps (pipelines, repos, release flows)
• Experience writing and troubleshooting YAML pipelines
• Automation using scripting (PowerShell, Bash, etc.)

Infrastructure as Code (Critical Requirement)

• Experience with IaC tools (Bicep, ARM, Terraform)
• Ability to standardize infrastructure and enforce consistent configurations • Familiarity with provisioning cloud environments at scale

Networking & Security (Working Knowledge) Basic understanding of:

Virtual Networks,

Subnets, NSGs

Private endpoints and connectivity

RBAC and managed identities

DevOps & Engineering Practices

Strong understanding of Git, branching strategies, and code review processes

Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes) is a plu Soft Skills

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting ability
