Experience

• 15+ years of overall SAP/procurement experience.
• Strong hands-on experience in SAP Ariba, with a minimum of 6 end-to-end SAP Ariba implementations.
• Proven experience working as an SAP Ariba Solution/Technical Architect on large-scale transformation programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the overall SAP Ariba solution architecture and design for end-to-end implementations.
• Design and implement SAP Ariba solutions across Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Source-to-Contract (S2C), Supplier Management, and Spend Management processes.
• Translate business requirements into scalable and integrated SAP Ariba solutions.
• Lead architecture workshops, requirement gathering, solution design, and fit-gap analysis with business and technical stakeholders.
• Define integration architecture between SAP Ariba, SAP S/4HANA/ECC, SAP Business Network, and third-party applications.
• Provide expertise in integration technologies such as CIG, APIs, web services, and middleware.
• Design and review configurations for Ariba Buying & Invoicing, Guided Buying, Sourcing, Contracts, Supplier Lifecycle & Performance, and related modules.
• Define data migration, master data, interface, security, and technical architecture strategies.
• Lead technical teams and provide architectural guidance throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Review solution designs, technical specifications, configuration, integrations, and custom developments.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and technical challenges and provide appropriate architectural solutions.
• Support testing, deployment, cutover, hypercare, and post-go-live stabilization.
• Ensure solutions follow SAP best practices, enterprise architecture standards, security requirements, and integration standards.
• Collaborate with business process owners, SAP functional teams, integration teams, security teams, and external vendors.

Mandatory Skills

• 15+ years of SAP/procurement technology experience.
• 6+ complete end-to-end SAP Ariba implementations.
• Strong expertise in SAP Ariba Buying & Invoicing, Sourcing, Contracts, Supplier Management, and Guided Buying.
• Strong understanding of Procure-to-Pay and Source-to-Contract processes.
• Hands-on experience with SAP Ariba CIG and integration with SAP S/4HANA/ECC.
• Strong understanding of SAP Ariba architecture, configuration, integrations, and data flows.
• Experience in leading architecture/design workshops and large implementation programs.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to lead offshore/onshore technical and functional teams.
