With multiple awards to our name, Larian Studios has proven that we’re dedicated to delivering high-quality role-playing games As we move on to new projects, the studio that brought you Baldur’s Gate 3 & Divinity: Original Sin 2 is looking for an Associate Lead Cinematic Artist to join the team and help us in crafting the high calibre games our fans have come to expect.
Responsibilities
- Author realtime cinematics and interactive dialog sequences in our proprietary engine
- Develop junior talent through artistic feedback sessions and performance review cycles
- Develop and enforce standard practices for an evolving pipeline and toolset
- Design features to keep our workflows and technology on the competitive edge
Requirements
- The ideal candidate would have 3+ years in an artistic role with a focus on visual storytelling either in games or animation
- A strong sense of cameras, staging and storytelling
- Interest in film and long form media
- Dedication to growing an artist in parallel with growing as a lead.
- Experience with 3D authorship
Nice to Haves
- 1+ years experience leading or coordinating a team of artists
- Experience in a game engine
