Outlet Supervisor

Ayam Gepuk Shilla Cyberjaya is looking for a responsible and experienced Outlet Supervisor to join our team.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise daily outlet operations.
• Monitor staff attendance, discipline and work performance.
• Assign daily tasks and ensure staff complete their duties properly.
• Monitor food preparation, service quality and cleanliness.
• Monitor stock, receiving, FIFO and wastage.
• Handle cashier and daily cash management.
• Ensure SOPs and company standards are followed.
• Handle customer complaints and operational issues.
• Train and guide new staff.
• Prepare basic daily reports and update management regarding outlet operations.
• Ensure the outlet is ready for peak hours and daily operations.

Requirements

• Experience in F&B / restaurant operations is preferred.
• Previous experience as a Supervisor, Team Leader or Senior Crew is an advantage.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Responsible, disciplined and able to manage staff.
• Able to work independently and solve operational issues.
• Willing to work weekends and public holidays when required.
• Basic POS and computer skills are an advantage.

Working Hours

• 6 days/week
• 7.5 hours per day
• Working in shifts
• Sunday – OFF DAY
• Shift schedule will be arranged according to outlet operations.

Salary

RM2,200 – RM2,300 per month
