Responsibilities:
Conceptualize and create visually compelling designs for various platforms, including print, digital, and social media.
Develop and design marketing collateral, such as brochures, flyers, posters, banners, advertisements, and product packaging.
Design and create eye-catching graphics, illustrations, icons, and infographics for websites, social media posts, and other digital channels.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, communications, and product development, to understand project requirements and deliver designs that meet objectives.
Maintain brand consistency and ensure that all designs align with the organization's visual guidelines.
Stay updated with industry trends, design tools, and techniques to continuously enhance design quality and efficiency.
Prepare design drafts and present ideas to stakeholders for review and feedback, incorporating changes as necessary.
Conduct research and gather relevant information to inform design decisions and support creative concepts.
Work closely with printers, vendors, and external partners to ensure the accurate production and delivery of final designs.
Ensure projects are completed within designated timelines, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
Requirements:
Degree / Diploma in Marketing or its equivalent.
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the F&B / luxury industry.
Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) or other relevant tools.
Creative thinking and ability to translate ideas into visually appealing designs.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
