We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Corporate Support Services Intern to support daily office administration and employee engagement activities within a corporate banking environment. This role offers hands-on exposure to office operations, event coordination, employee support services, and administrative functions while providing opportunities to interact with various stakeholders across the organization.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate communications with hiring managers and candidates.
Perform new vendor registrations and conduct yearly evaluations of existing vendors to assess service quality and compliance.
Assist in managing staff passes, office supplies, including stationery, pantry inventory, and other office equipment and consumables.
Maintain and update attendance records and support staff claims processing.
Assist in organizing and coordinating employee engagement activities, staff events and wellness initiatives.
Liaise with internal departments and external vendors to ensure the smooth execution of events and activities.
Provide administrative support and assist with ad-hoc projects as required.
Requirements:
Minimum Higher NITEC, Diploma or equivalent qualification.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a keen interest in office administration and event coordination.
Candidates who are able to commit to a full-time internship for 5 months from Sept 2026 will be preferred.
