Location: Singapore

Work Mode: Fully Onsite (WFO)

Contract: Until EOY

Salary: Up to SGD 8,000/month

Are you an experienced IT Operations Engineer with strong expertise in endpoint management, network troubleshooting, IT Asset Management, AV/VC support, and executive IT support?

We are looking for a skilled IT Operations Engineer to join our team in Singapore and provide reliable, high-quality IT operations and end-user technology support in a fast-paced enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and continuously improve IT services and endpoint operations.

Analyze and automate high-volume service tickets to improve operational efficiency.

Provide hands-on support for IT devices, infrastructure, endpoints, and networking.

Provide end-to-end AV/VC troubleshooting and support for conference rooms, executive meetings, town halls, and critical business events.

Coordinate with Facilities, Network, Security, vendors, and business stakeholders to resolve AV/VC issues quickly.

Deliver high-touch executive/white-glove IT support, including rapid response and proactive device & meeting readiness checks.

Monitor LAN/WAN/WLAN environments and troubleshoot network issues with vendors.

Manage the complete IT Asset Management (ITAM) lifecycle, including procurement, deployment, maintenance, tracking, and decommissioning.

Maintain IT asset lifecycle policies and processes and provide regular reporting to IT leadership.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to align IT operations with business requirements.

Support IT change management and global IT project implementations.

Maintain documentation covering room standards, support procedures, known issues, vendor contacts, and escalation paths.

Minimum Qualifications

5–7+ years of relevant IT Operations experience

Strong experience in Endpoint Management, Network Troubleshooting, and IT Asset Management

Hands-on experience with Windows/macOS, Active Directory, and MDM solutions

Experience with enterprise ticketing platforms such as ServiceNow

Strong AV/VC and conference room technology experience

Experience with Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Neat devices, and custom conference room systems

Proven experience providing executive-level / white-glove IT support

Strong troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder-management skills

Excellent documentation and service-management capabilities

Fluent English

Preferred Qualifications

ITIL or PMP certification

Experience supporting large-scale enterprise user environments

Familiarity with data center infrastructure, including UPS, CRAC, rack/power management, and related components
