Role Description The Sales Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Seri Kembangan, responsible for driving sales of Bristol’s office furniture solutions to corporate and commercial clients. This role involves managing the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and qualifying leads to conducting product presentations, preparing quotations, and closing deals. The Sales Executive will build and maintain long-term customer relationships, provide consultative support to clients on workplace solutions, and collaborate closely with internal teams such as marketing, design, and operations to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include meeting sales targets, tracking opportunities in the CRM system, attending client meetings and showroom demonstrations, and actively gathering market and competitor insights. The role also requires participation in events, exhibitions, and promotional activities to expand brand presence and generate new business.

Qualifications

• Strong sales, negotiation, and closing abilities, with experience managing the full sales cycle in B2B or commercial environments.
• Excellent client relationship management and customer service skills, including the ability to deliver consultative solutions based on workplace needs.
• Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain product features, design concepts, and value propositions clearly to diverse audiences.
• Good organizational and time management skills, including pipeline tracking, follow-up discipline, and use of CRM or sales reporting tools.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams (marketing, design, operations) and adapt in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Prior experience in furniture, interior design, office solutions, or related industries is an advantage.
• Minimum of a diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Comfortable working on-site in Seri Kembangan and visiting customer premises as needed.
