Kerja Sepenuh Masa, Financial Reporting Manager di B.Grimm Federal Territory - Maukerja

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Handling full sets of accounts and preparing management accounts and annual financial statements in accordance with relevant MFRS and group accounting policies
• Lead monthly and year-end financial closing and ensure timely preparation of financial statements, reconciliations and preparation of analysis schedules.
• Manage payment operations within the framework of established procedures and ensure compliance to company policies and approval procedures.
• Liaison with external auditors for annual audit
• Prepare draft audited financial statements in compliance with relevant accounting standards
• Prepare annual and quarterly statutory consolidated financial statements.
• Prepare monthly consolidated financial information for external and internal stakeholders.
• Provide overall analysis on consolidated financial statements.
• Provide timely financial consolidation insights to support decision-making.
• Special project: e.g. participate in Oracle implementation, implement new accounting standards, restructuring, M&A due diligence.
• Other tasks as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Professional Qualification: CPA, ACCA, MICPA, or equivalent professional accounting qualification is required.
• Financial Reporting & Consolidation: Demonstrated expertise in end-to-end full sets of accounts and complex multi-entity group consolidations for public listed companies (PLCs).
• Technical & ERP Systems: Hands-on proficiency with Oracle NetSuite / ERP systems is strongly preferred.
• Work Style: Highly hands-on operational approach with strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
