About the role

You will be responsible for managing online stores, driving sales growth across multiple marketplaces, engaging customers through live sessions, and supporting digital marketing initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimize online stores across Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Zalora, and other marketplaces
• Create, update, and maintain accurate product listings, descriptions, pricing, and promotional content
• Process and monitor online orders to ensure timely fulfillment and customer satisfaction
• Coordinate promotional campaigns, flash sales, vouchers, and marketplace activities
• Ensure product information and branding consistency across all online platforms
• Monitor competitors, pricing trends, and market developments to identify opportunities for growth
• Utilize Excel and Google Sheets to analyze sales performance
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs), conversion rates, campaign performance, and customer trends
• Prepare monthly reports and provide recommendations for continuous improvement
• Respond professionally to customer enquiries through live chat, email, social media, and marketplace platforms
• Host TikTok Live, Shopee Live, and other live-streaming sessions to promote products and drive sales
• Present products confidently and engage audiences during live broadcasts

About you

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in E-Commerce, Marketing, Business Administration, Information Technology, Mass Communication, or related fields
• Minimum 1 year of experience in e-commerce, online business, marketplace operations, or digital marketing
• Good understanding of Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and other online marketplaces
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable appearing on camera and hosting live sessions
• Experience as a Live Host, Content Creator, or TikTok Affiliate Host will be an added advantage
