Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Marketing Executive role located in Greater Kuala Lumpur. The Marketing Executive will support the development and execution of marketing plans that promote the company’s building materials and services. Daily responsibilities include coordinating marketing campaigns, preparing marketing materials, and assisting in market research and analysis to identify customer needs and market trends. The role involves collaborating closely with the sales team to align marketing activities with business objectives, maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, and monitoring campaign performance. The Marketing Executive will also help manage digital and offline marketing channels, contribute to branding initiatives, and prepare periodic reports for management.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in Market Planning and Marketing to support campaign development and brand positioning.
• Candidates should possess skills in Market Research to gather, analyze, and interpret data for informed decision-making.
• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and engage external stakeholders such as property developers, architects, designers and etc.
• Candidates should possess skills in Sales and Marketing to align promotional activities with revenue and customer acquisition goals.
• Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field are beneficial.
• Experience in the building materials, construction, or related industries, sanitary wares, tiles industry is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and in teams, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in basic office software and familiarity with digital marketing tools or platforms is beneficial.
