We are a growing interior contracting and A&A firm on the path of growth. We are seeking a driven and experienced professional to join our expanding team as an Accounts Assistant. In this position, you will play a key role in supporting and managing financial operations related to A&A projects from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

· Assist in handling Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)

· Process supplier invoices, payment vouchers, and receipts

· Prepare customer invoices and assist in monitoring collections

· Perform data entry and maintain proper accounting records and filing

· Assist in bank reconciliation and other reconciliations

· Support month-end closing activities and preparation of schedules

· Liaise with suppliers, customers, and internal departments on accounting matters

· Provide administrative and ad-hoc support to the finance team as assigned

Requirements:

· Diploma in Accounting or equivalent

· Experience in construction or project-based accounting preferred

· Minimum 1 year of accounting experience preferred

· Proficient in MS Office applications and Autocount accounting software will be an advantage

· Able to work under pressure to deliver and adhere to tight deadlines

· Good communications skills, able to interact with people of all levels

· Self-motivated and work independently

· Able to start work within short notice

Pay: $3,300.00 - $3,800.00 per month
