What you'll be doing
Receive, verify and process stock deliveries against shipping documents
Check received goods for quantity discrepancies, damages or shortages and report issues accordingly
Complete transactions and update inventory records accurately and promptly
Organise and store medications, consumables and other stocks according to procedures
Replenish medications and consumables across consultation rooms, treatment areas and basic patient care activities, including measuring and recording patients' height and weight when required
Provide frontline support as a Service Ambassador during peak periods
Assist with patient flow and general clinic operations
Travel between clinic locations to support stock deliveries and inventory activities during operating hours
Perform other duties as assigned
What we're looking for
Nitec, Higher Nitec, Diploma or equivalent
Relevant experience in healthcare, clinic operations, inventory, logistics, pharmacy or customer service will be advantageous
Meticulous, organised and comfortable handling stock and records
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Service-oriented and able to support both operational and frontline duties
