*** Digital Workplace Engineer – Long-term Cooperation - Remote (Malaysia) ***

On behalf of one of our key partners, RED now has a new opportunity for a Digital Workplace Consultant to join a global project. The initial contract is for 12 months with excellent extension opportunities.

This role is to start ASAP and will be on a remote basis.

Specific skills/experience required:

• 5+ years of experience on similar position
• Strong experience with Microsoft Intune, Autopilot & SCCM
• Solid M365 administration experience – Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint & Exchange Online
• Strong endpoint compliance & device lifecycle experience
• PowerShell scripting experience strongly preferred
• Experience with endpoint security, OS governance & baseline management
• Understanding of collaboration ecosystems, including Teams Rooms, video & SharePoint governance
• Experience with global / follow-the-sun environments preferred
• Experience with ITSM processes – incident, change, problem & knowledge management
• Degree in IT, Computer Science or equivalent
• Microsoft 365 / Modern Desktop certifications are a strong bonus – MD-102, MS-900, ITIL
• Strong communication and cross-team collaboration skills
• English speaking is a must
