Job Description :

1. Document Control

• Maintain and control all QMS & EMS documented information.
• Ensure documents are properly identifying, numbered, dated and approved before use.

2. Document Preparation & Revision

• Coordinate with Process Owners/HOSs for new documents or document revisions.
• Check document number, revision number, effective date, approval and required document-control information.

3. Document Distribution & Access

• Ensure controlled documents are distributed to relevant personnel and departments.
• Maintain access to controlled documents through the approved document management system, such as Microsoft Teams, SharePoint or server.

4. Record Control

• Ensure records are properly identified, stored, protected and retrievable.
• Monitor record retention periods and coordinate disposal of expired records.

5. ISO Audit Support

• Assists the ISO Coordinator during surveillance, certification and internal audits.
• Assists in maintaining documentary evidence related to corrective actions and audit findings.

Requirement :

• Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Quality Management, Engineering, Environmental Management or related field.
• Basic knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 & ISO 14001:2015.
• Understanding of document and record control principles.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with Microsoft Teams/SharePoint or equivalent document management systems.
• Good document organization, filing, communication and follow up skills.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
