About this role:

Working as a key member of the Global Learning & Development Team, the Senior Learning and Development Specialist will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and continuously improving global learning strategies that enable employee growth, leadership effectiveness, and business performance.

This role will act as a learning consultant and strategic partner to HR teams, business leaders, and stakeholders across regions, translating business priorities into impactful learning solutions. The Senior L&D Specialist will lead complex learning initiatives, manage global programs, support capability building, and provide guidance and mentorship to L&D colleagues.

The role will partner closely with HR and business teams to identify capability gaps, recommend solutions, and drive development initiatives aligned with organizational priorities.

Main Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, development, iplementation, and continuous improvement of learning programs aligned with business objectives.
  • Own end-to-end learning initiatives including needs analysis, design, facilitation, implementation, communication, and measurement.
  • Partner with HR Business Partners and business leaders to identify capability gaps and recommend learning solutions.
  • Support strategic initiatives including leadership development, manager development, onboarding experiences, and employee capability programs.
  • Create engaging learning experiences including workshops, facilitator guides, toolkits, and digital learning content using tools such as Articulate 360.
  • Facilitate learning sessions for diverse global audiences, including employees, managers, and leaders.
  • Act as a trusted learning advisor by providing recommendations on development strategies and organizational learning needs.
  • Provide coaching, mentoring, and knowledge sharing support to L&D Specialists and team members.
  • Analyze learning effectiveness through KPIs, assessments, surveys, and feedback tools to continuously improve programs.
  • Support reporting and communication of L&D achievements and outcomes.
  • Contribute to HR initiatives, culture initiatives, engagement actions, and organizational development projects.
  • Perform other responsibilities as needed based on evolving business priorities.

Education:

  • Academic background in HR or L&D related field or equivalent practical experience is necessary.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish. Additional language skills would be an advantage.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, Training, or related areas.
  • Experienced facilitator with the ability to create engaging and impactful learning environments.
  • Strong experience designing learning content, workshops, and development programs.
  • Experience managing local and regional learning initiatives.
  • Strong consultative skills with ability to influence stakeholders at different levels.
  • Experience working with LMS platforms and learning technologies.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred. Additional languages are an advantage.
  • Able to travel when needed.
