Job Summary

As a Business Development Executive, you will be a key person to driving client acquisition. You will actively source and research potential clients, analyze their marketing gaps and assist in preparing customized pitches and proposals deck. You also will engage prospects to pitch our suite of digital marketing solutions and convert leads into new accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Actively source and identify new clients and prospects across Malaysia via LinkedIn, company databases, and market research.
• Conduct preliminary research on prospects' brand presence, competitors, and marketing gaps to identify selling opportunities.
• Collaborate with the internal team to prepare pitch proposals for potential clients.
• Initiate outreach via calls, WhatsApp for Business, email, and social platforms; present agency services in virtual or face-to-face pitch meetings.
• Follow up on inbound and outbound leads, negotiate basic contract terms, close deals, and onboard new accounts smoothly.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Mass Communication or a related field.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing solutions.
• Ability to conduct market/prospect research and put together clear, presentable pitch decks using PowerPoint or Google Slides.
• Excellent spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and pitch presentation skills with a target driven, resilient mindset suited for a fast-paced agency environment.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in team environments

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,200.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
