We are an established Singapore home tuition agency helping parents find suitable private tutors since 2013.

We are expanding our Malaysia-based remote team and are looking for freelance Home Tuition Sales Executives to manage tuition assignments and convert parent enquiries into successful tutor placements.

This is a commission-based freelance role suited to people with sales experience who value flexibility and are comfortable taking ownership of their own results.

No cold calling or prospecting is required. Customer enquiries, tuition assignments, tutor applications and access to our tutor database are provided by us.

What You'll Do

You will be responsible for managing tuition assignments allocated to you and working towards successfully matching each parent with a suitable tutor.

Your responsibilities include:

• Handle enquiries from parents through phone and WhatsApp.
• Understand parents' requirements and identify suitable tutors.
• Review tutor applications and select suitable candidates for referral.
• Present tutor recommendations clearly and persuasively to parents.
• Follow up proactively with parents and tutors throughout the matching process.
• Address questions, concerns and objections to move assignments towards successful closure.
• Negotiate and coordinate tuition rates, schedules and other arrangements where required.
• Maintain accurate records and keep assignment statuses updated in our internal system.
• Take ownership of your assigned cases and manage them in accordance with our service standards.

How You Earn

This is a freelance, commission-based role with no fixed salary.

Potential earnings: RM1,500-RM5,000+ per month, depending on assignment volume and successful conversions.

You earn commission from assignments you successfully close. There is no fixed cap on earnings.

Full commission details will be shared with shortlisted candidates.

Training & Systems Provided - No prior experience in the tuition industry is required. Training on Singapore's education system, our matching process and internal systems will be provided.

Who We're Looking For

You may be a good fit if you:

• Have a Diploma or Degree.
• Have prior sales experience or experience in a role involving customer conversion, business development or recruitment.
• Have strong written and spoken English.
• Are confident communicating with customers and comfortable asking for the sale.
• Can understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
• Are persuasive and able to handle questions and objections professionally.
• Follow up proactively and consistently instead of waiting for customers to respond.
• Are results-driven and motivated by performance-based earnings.
• Are organised and able to manage multiple active assignments concurrently.
• Take ownership of your cases and follow through on commitments.
• Are comfortable working independently and using online systems, WhatsApp and digital tools.
• Have your own computer, phone and reliable internet connection.

Experience in education or tuition is useful but not required.

Who This Role Is Best Suited For

This role suits sales professionals looking for a flexible source of income without committing to fixed full-time working hours.

You have control over whether you are available to receive new assignments. Once an assignment has been allocated to you, you are expected to take responsibility for the case, follow up promptly and meet our service standards until the assignment is concluded.

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
