- Qualifications and Experience Required Certified Salesforce Platform Developer Minimum of 5 years of Salesforce development experience, especially with Service Cloud Experience with Salesforce Public Sector Solutions will be a bonus
- Visualforce page development
- Hands-on configuration experience in administration setup (managing org, users, profiles, roles, security controls, data and support processes configuration)
- Experience in designing custom objects, custom fields, picklists, page layouts, workflows, approval processes, validation rules and flows
- Experience in report and dashboard configuration
- Experience with OmniStudio and Omniscript will be a bonus
