WE ARE HIRING: ADMIN CUM PURCHASER
Company Industry:
Design, Supply, Fabrication and Installation of Glass Curtain Walls and Aluminium/Stainless Steel Cladding
Location:
Jurong West
Salary:
$2,400 – $2,800
Working Hours
Monday to Friday: 8:30am – 6:00pm
Saturday: 8:30am – 1:00pm (Alternate Saturdays)
Sunday and Public Holidays: Off
Job Responsibilities
Administrative support
Handle purchasing and procurement activities, including sourcing materials and obtaining quotations.
Prepare and process Requests for Quotation (RFQs), purchase orders and other relevant documentation.
Liaise and negotiate with vendors and suppliers on pricing, product specifications and delivery schedules.
Coordinate logistics, manpower arrangements and the delivery of materials to various project locations.
Monitor purchase orders and follow up closely with suppliers to ensure timely delivery.
Receive and verify delivered goods and materials against purchase orders and delivery orders.
Prepare and issue delivery orders for outgoing materials.
Issue transmittals, correspondence and other documents required for project submissions.
Accurate procurement records, supplier information and administrative documents.
Data entry, filing and other ad-hoc duties when required.
Requirements
Minimum GCE N/O Level, NITEC or equivalent qualification.
Experience in administration, purchasing or procurement would be advantageous.
Microsoft Office
Communicate and coordinate effectively with suppliers, colleagues and project teams.
Organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks.
Possess good negotiation and follow-up skills.
Responsible, dependable and able to work independently.
