JOB DESCRIPTION

• Ensure that all documents are accurate, complete, and properly maintained.
• Stay updated on company announcements, manufacturer updates, and factory recalls.
• Organize and maintain customer and service records efficiently and systematically.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with customers and clients.
• Liaise with manufacturers regarding warranty-related matters and necessary communications.
• Negotiate deals and warranty-related matters on behalf of both customers and the organization.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum qualification of a High School Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Previous experience as a Warranty Clerk is preferred.
• Computer literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Office and other relevant office software.
• Strong mathematical skills with good business acumen.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good knowledge of vehicles and automotive parts.
• Willing to work in Sungai Long, Kajang.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
