Looking for a candidate with a stronger technical background, ideally, the candidate should have a Computer Science or related technical degree.

In addition, the following capabilities would be highly desirable:

• SaaS platform experience, preferably with platforms such as ServiceNow, or similar.
• At least 4–5 years of Business Analyst experience, ideally involving system implementation, enhancement, and vendor/stakeholder management.
• Product Management and Technical Skills – Experience in product management, coupled with sufficient technical knowledge to effectively translate business requirements, communicate with engineering teams, and lead product development from concept through to delivery.
• AI and GenAI Experience – Hands-on experience with AI technologies, including prompt engineering, as well as a strong understanding of privacy, data protection, and the ability to design responsible and ethical AI-powered products.
