YOUR ROLE

As a Café Amazon Barista, you will help create a welcoming experience for every customer while ensuring our beverages and food are prepared to the highest standards.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Prepare Café Amazon beverages and food products according to approved recipes and SOPs.
• Provide friendly, attentive, and professional customer service.
• Welcome customers and assist them with their orders.
• Take orders accurately and handle POS and payment transactions.
• Ensure every beverage and food item meets Café Amazon's quality, portion, presentation, and serving standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the café, bar, equipment, utensils, and workstations.
• Follow food safety, halal, personal hygiene, and workplace safety requirements.
• Check and maintain the freshness and proper storage of ingredients and products.
• Assist with stock replenishment and daily café operations.
• Assist with opening and closing duties.
• Work together with colleagues to ensure smooth operations, especially during busy periods.
• Support promotions and suggestive selling when required.
• Maintain a professional appearance and good personal grooming at all times.
• Learn and develop your barista, customer service, and café operation skills.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Supervisor or Outlet Manager.
