Join a Singapore government agency's digital transformation team, building and modernizing public-facing and internal applications on a low-code platform. You'll work within an agile scrum environment, turning business requirements into intuitive, accessible digital experiences while helping deliver secure, resilient systems.
What You'll Do
Design, build, and deploy applications using OutSystems, covering UI, business logic, workflows, integrations, and data models
Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with technical standards
Develop automated workflows, forms, and screen flows for intuitive, accessible, and responsive user experiences
Collaborate closely with the cross-functional Scrum team and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technically feasible solutions
Deliver features through the full sprint cycle, with code review and quality testing
Manage the deployment lifecycle and monitor application performance and resiliency
Flag platform limitations and delivery risks to the relevant technical and project leads
Maintain technical documentation and support materials for developed applications
Core Key Skills
4+ years of OutSystems development experience
OutSystems certification (Associate Reactive Developer or higher)
Experience in agile-scrum methodology, DevOpspractices, and end-to-end project lifecycle
Experience building digital products for government or public sector clients
Experience integrating legacy systems into modern platforms
Nice to Have
Familiarity with the broader GovTech technology stack
Working knowledge of government ICT policies andstandards
Experience integrating applications with AI or machinelearning services
