We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Intern to join our Finance team. This internship provides valuable hands-on experience in various areas of finance and accounting, allowing you to gain practical exposure in a dynamic manufacturing environment. You will work closely with experienced finance professionals and support daily finance operations while developing your technical and analytical skills.

• Assist in developing and improving automation solutions for Finance processes using Microsoft Power Platform, Excel VBA, Power Query, Power Automate, or other digital tools.

• Support system integration projects between Finance and other business applications to improve data flow and operational efficiency.

• Collaborate with Finance and IT teams to identify manual processes and recommend automation opportunities.

• Assist in creating dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using tools such as Power BI and Excel.

• Support data extraction, cleansing, validation, and analysis to facilitate business decision-making.

• Explore and evaluate AI tools and technologies that can enhance Finance operations, reporting, and productivity.

• Document business processes, system workflows, and automation solutions for knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.

• Participate in digital transformation, process improvement, and special projects as assigned.

• Provide support for user testing, system enhancements, and troubleshooting activities.

• Perform other duties as assigned by the Finance and Digital Transformation teams.

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Software Engineering, Accounting Information Systems, Finance Technology, or a related field.

• Internship duration of at least 3 to 6 months.

• Strong interest in automation, system integration, AI, data analytics, and digital transformation.

• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Power Query, Power Automate, VBA, SQL, Python, or other automation tools would be an added advantage.

• Basic understanding of databases, system workflows, APIs, or business applications is preferred.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, proactive, and willing to learn new technologies.

• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with Finance and IT teams.
