About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team at SH Wine & Tobacco SDN BHD in George Town, Penang. This is a full-time position that offers an exciting opportunity to develop your career in the sales and beverage industry. As a Sales Executive, you will be instrumental in driving revenue growth and building strong relationships with our clients. You will play a key strategic role in expanding our market presence and achieving ambitious sales targets whilst representing our premium wine and tobacco product portfolio.

Key responsibilities

1. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential customers through regular engagement and follow-up

2. Present and demonstrate products to clients, highlighting key features and benefits that align with their needs

3. Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and quotations tailored to client requirements

4. Negotiate terms and conditions to achieve mutually beneficial agreements whilst maintaining company profitability

5. Process orders accurately and ensure timely delivery of products to customers

6. Maintain detailed records of sales activities and customer interactions

What we're looking for

1. Proven track record of success in sales, ideally within the beverage, wine, spirits or premium retail sector

2. Strong knowledge of wine, spirits, tobacco products and industry regulations

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with diverse clients

4. Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently

5. Self-motivated and results-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving

6. Fluency in English and multi-language will be at advantage

7. Ability to work independently whilst thriving in a collaborative team environment
