Join our team as a Motor Claims Admin, where you'll play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service whilst managing motor accident claims and repair processes.
Job Description
Location: Carros Centre (Nearest MRT: Kranji MRT)
Working days: Mon - Fri, 08:30 am to 18:15pm
• Handle comprehensive motor accident reporting and claims processing from initial contact through resolution
• Provide guidance to customers on accident claims procedures and recommend optimal repair solutions
• Prepare accurate repair estimates, quotations, and invoices whilst maintaining high quality standards
• Coordinate effectively with insurance companies, surveyors, workshops, and technicians to ensure seamless repair progress and customer satisfaction
Job Requirements
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in insurance or automotive industry
• Sound understanding of motor insurance claims processes and procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proven customer service abilities
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
