We Are Hiring | Site Supervisor

We are looking for Site Supervisor to join our team.

The Site Supervisor is responsible for assisting the Site Engineer in coordinating with sub-contractors and workers on site works, ensuring all works are carried out in accordance with specifications and quality requirements.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Check and study drawings before disseminating information to sub-contractors and workers.
• Liaise with respective sub-contractors on work methods and sequencing.
• Coordinate and monitor the progress, quality of workmanship and compliance with contract requirements.
• Ensure proper housekeeping and safety provisions at site working areas for sub-contractors and workers to carry out tasks.
• Assist in manpower and resource scheduling and deployment, daily man-hours returns and coordinate in all aspects of site issues.
• Co-ordinate and monitor the availability and timely delivery of materials / equipment to complete the construction work within schedule.
• Supervise sub-contractors’ work and ensure work done is in accordance with specifications and quality requirements.
• Adhere to safety practices in the workplace.

Skills & Requirements

• Education: Relevant qualification in Construction, Civil Engineering, Building, Architecture, or a related field.
• Experience: 1–3 years of experience in Building and/or Civil Engineering projects.
• Good understanding of construction drawings, specifications and site requirements.
• Good coordination and communication skills with sub-contractors, workers, consultants and project team.
• Able to monitor site progress and ensure works are completed according to the required schedule and quality standards.
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced construction site environment.
